Week 6: Lateral Thinking: Class Exercise: The Bee

   Imagine this room:
The window at the back of the room is open.
In front of the window, there is a table with a vase, in which a fresh rose stands.
A painting of flowers hangs on the opposite wall.
A bee flies into the room through the open window, straight to the painting and not the       rose .
        Why?

   I created this illustration.

  Possible reasons:

1. Bees are not attracted to the colour red, but instead are attracted to colours like yellow, blue, violet and green.

2. The bee does not like roses.

3. The bee did not see the rose.
